Great place for families. Our chalet offers just about everything you could imagine in a retreat. Located on seven wooded acres, just 4 miles and seven minutes from Holiday Valley or the heart of Ellicottville, our 3-bedroom multi-level home features amazing outdoor views, open living areas, peaceful bedrooms, sauna, hot tub, wrap-around porch, outdoor fire pit, gas grill, fully (and we mean fully!) equipped kitchen, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, basic wifi and cable TV's . Two separate living areas mean that one group can gather downstairs by the gas fireplace and a second in the beautiful upper-level kitchen/living room area.
The first floor features one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, a full bath and a living room with a gas fireplace. The sauna is also located on this floor. Large windows look out onto lower the level patio and a one-acre pond.
The second floor is highlighted by a large, bright, open-concept kitchen/living room area with windows on 3 sides. The view of the one-acre pond and the surrounding woods from the living room is simply spectacular! A second full bathroom and a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the wrap-around deck complete this floor.
Level three offers a huge bedroom with a king-size bed, connected via an elevated walkway to a sunny, well-lit loft. A queen bed and a single-bed fold-out couch compliment the loft area.
With the quaint village of Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Resort just 7 minutes away, our home is the ideal family retreat.
