Beautiful down south holiday house, hidden away in native trees and bush, close to stunning Injidup, Smiths and Yallingup beaches, and the best wineries, breweries and other attractions of the southwest.
Great for families.
Set on 5 acres, Beachwood house has: a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, separate kid's area, outside undercover lounge area, two bathrooms, a laundry, and a double carport.
It has three bedrooms: one with a queen bed with en-suite, one with a double bed, and one with 2 sets of bunk beds (i.e. 4 single beds).
A porta-cot and high chair are also available.
Cooling - there's a large (9.5Kw) reverse cycle air conditioner and a large ceiling fan in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, and ceiling or pedestal fans in the bedrooms.
Heating - there's a wood fired heater and the large reverse cycle air conditioner in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, and column heaters in the bedrooms.
The house is fully equipped inside, with a gas BBQ outside.
The house has free WiFi, good mobile phone coverage, and all three TVs have a Google Chromecast.
There's a treehouse, tons of board games, books, 3 TVs, videos, PS3, etc. for when you just want to hang out at the house.
All linen, kitchen and bath towels and other basics are included to make your stay as easy as possible.

Summary: This was the most perfect place to spend a family Christmas. Lots of space, books, movies & games galore and comfortable places to lounge around. Only 2km along tracks to the beach & 10 kms along the Cape to Cape to Yallingup, a beautiful run/walk. Short drive to Dunsborough for amazing sheltered coastline to paddle/snorkel along. Thanks Steve!
