Positive: The location is within walking distance to shopping, Santa Monica beach and several dining options. We loved the Mendocino Farm spot around the corner and ended up eating there 3 times during the 2 days we were there!!!
Negative: The elevator was not working while we were there but we were notified of this weeks in advance with an option to cancel. It was a little challenging managing only one set of keys among our family of 4 people since we had to go down 5 flights of stairs each time someone needed to be let in. it would have been helpful if we could have used the doorbell at the entrance
