Built in 1968 by a renowned Florida architect, the 4 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront home is located on a tree-canopy-lined road in the Sarasota County portion of Manasota Key. Comfortable family living is the highlight of this uniquely designed home that feature three "pods" adjoined by screened porches. Open Gulf-front decks allow for views of stunning sunsets, catching cool breezes and relishing in the sounds of the surf. The main pod comprises an open floor plan family/dining/kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace. The master pod includes king accommodations, a private bath, and a private porch. Three guest bedrooms comprise the third pod: the first is a beachfront second master suite with a queen bed and ensuite bath; a second room features a queen bed and two bunks; and a the third bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds for youth.
