It only takes one minute to drive or 8 minutes to walk over to the beautiful Nokomis beach on Casey Key. Supermarkets, gas stations, banks, restaurants, bike/boat/kayak and jet ski rentals are close by. There are only three condos on the property. Calm neighborhood with lots of palm trees and other tropical plants. Enjoy your mornings sipping coffee on the patio. Walking through the bridge to the island, you can watch boaters sometimes followed by dolphins on the intercoastal waterway. We provide beach accessories. Free on site parking. Summary: We stayed for over 10 days, which flew by. The accommodations were exactly what we wanted, close proximity to the beach and to many other activities. The property managers were easy to contact and very accomodating. We recommend and would return.
