Step back in time with this rustic and inviting mid-century modern style home, perched on an
oceanfront bluff and offering amazing ocean views, a huge covered patio and a beautiful yard
with private beach access. From the warm wood-paneled walls to the cozy brick fireplace, you’ll
feel immediately at home in this cozy Arch Cape abode.
Pulling into the shrub-lined driveway offers instant privacy from the neighboring homes and a
walk along the lattice-covered sidewalk through the small courtyard immediately draws you into
the inviting warmth of this cozy retreat. As you step through the front door, you’ll find yourself in
a nice-sized entryway where you’ll immediately want to kick off your shoes and make yourself at
home.
On the left side of the entry, you’ll find two doors leading to the first of the home’s bedrooms.
The first of these is a is a long, open space, featuring a queen-sized bed, a bench, its own en
suite bathroom and a window that looks over the entry-side courtyard. The cheerful bathroom
features lovely yellow tile work, a step-in shower and a large single vanity. The second (and
slightly larger) bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and its own en suite bathroom with a step-
in shower, but this bedroom also features a bank of large west-facing windows that look out past
the outdoor patio to the ocean beyond.
Moving beyond the entryway, you’ll find yourself walking into the cozy, open living room. With
seating for eleven, a tv, a brick fireplace and windows lining the entire west wall, this is one of
the best gathering spaces in this home. From the cozy bamboo furniture to the lovely nature-
inspired decor, this room draws you in to linger as long as you desire with your loved ones,
taking in the ocean views and chatting for hours on end.
The second of the home’s amazing gathering spaces is just outside the living room, where you’ll

Beyond the patio, the large and well-kept yard is sprinkled with more places to sit and is
