This NEW listing is tucked in a pine forest on beautiful Green Lake. Our backyard is 130 feet beach of secluded lake frontage! Whether you like to swim, boat, fish, or simply relax on private dock or patio, your "Golden Pond" retreat awaits you! This tranquil spacious lake house is only one mile from the "Interlochen Center for the Arts" school and summer music festival, a quick 20 minute drive to Cherry Capital airport and the downtown Traverse City festivities.

Spacious upgraded kitchen and family room with wood burning fireplace. Large picture window looking onto the patio and lake. Three of the four bedrooms are lake facing for your morning views of beautiful Green Lake. Laundry room with washer/dryer. New gas HVAC for natural gas heating and air conditioning. Your true Northern Michigan Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life is right here nestled in a rustic natural Northwoods setting of pine and birch trees. Enjoy true peace and quiet here, where you will feel like you're a million miles from the rest of the world. A long private drive will provide you with ample parking.
