Summary: The photos are not accurate. On the plus side, Claudia does a great job cleaning, the air conditioner works great, good location, and quiet at night. On the negative side, it needs major work. Kitchen sink only had warm water, no cold. Bathroom had only cold water in the sink. This was after we had the plumber out for repair for no water in the kitchen. Shower worked but the slope of the floor does not catch any water so everything is wet after a shower. Toilet leaked when you flushed it. One morning on the stairs the plaster fell off and landed all over the stairs. The mattress was dirty, although there were no bugs in the unit so that was good. There was no safe. . Owner Jose was very responsive until I ask him for a partial refund. Then he became silent and we did not hear from him again. I would not recommend this place.
