The floor-to-ceiling glass doors and panels allow you to enjoy amazing panoramic views of the area.
This gated resort property is comprised of three towers. The east tower has a large fitness center which is over 1500 square feet and access to the large kidney-shaped private outdoor pool. There are also two tennis courts and a heated indoor pool on site.
There are plenty of attractions and great restaurants nearby. Only 15 minutes to the Pensacola Naval Air Station which is where the Blue Angels practice for their air shows. There are plenty of entertainment options, including great nightlife venues, delicious local cuisine, the best fishing and diving on the Gulf, and some convenient local shopping. In addition to the beach and pools, the kids will enjoy dolphin boat cruises, the arcades with mini-golf and go-carts about 20 minutes from the resort, a water park within a 45-minute drive theme parks, and many other attractions in Perdido Key and the surrounding area.

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.
