Baywinds Condo #8 is set in a new gated development in Grand Isle. This two story unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open kitchen/living area, it comes with an open boat slip and fishing pier. There is a closed in area downstairs for hanging out and cooking up your favorite seafood. The marina has deep water access and the open boat slip can accommodate a boat up to 50 ft in length and is protected by a break water wall. Cable TV and WiFi is available. There is a spectacular view of the bay and beautiful sunsets from this location.
As you know Hurricane Ida (August 2021) did tremendous damage to Grand Isle and most of the camps. It continues to be a steady rebuild process. The owners of our camps have taken great measures to provide a rental for you. It was not an easy task or road to get this done. Please be patient and understanding if the camp you book does not have all of the siding up, has not been painted yet, or not all of the repairs are complete yet. A lot of owners are still trying to get material and workers to finish their camp repairs and some have paid for the repairs before insurance has paid them anything. The island itself is working diligently to fully complete all of the repairs to the island itself. Despite all of this, we welcome back our visitors and guests to enjoy this little piece of paradise. Thank you for your understanding.
