Very nice Bay Front home with great view of Dog Island. This property includes a hand-launch ramp for kayaks—trailers cannot be backed in for launching. This house now has new owners who have made all kinds of new updates from new deck and living room furniture to painting! Bay Watch is very well maintained with fully equipped Kitchen, linens, and nicely furnished. You will enjoy being within walking distance to downtown Carrabelle. Where you can enjoy fresh oysters and live music at Fathom's or play a game of pool at Harry's Bar. Close by is the city's public boat ramp, Marine Street Grill and LuLu's Cafe. The Carrabelle Junction is a great place for coffee, sandwiches, and ice cream! Baywatch is only minutes from the beautiful white sandy beach where you can relax and sunbathe, swim, paddleboard or watch dolphins play. If relaxing is on your agenda this is the perfect house, this home is on a quiet, secluded road that runs along the bay, watch the sunrise from the east and set in the west while relaxing on the porch with a cocktail in hand.
