Renovated cottage on large fenced block. Upstairs you will find a large queen bedroom. Downstairs is a bathroom 2 toilets with spa bath overlooking a fernery and large walk in shower, as well as an open plan fully contained kitchen with dining and lounge. Full size fridge dishwasher microwave oven and cooktop complete the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer in separate laundry. Large smart tv and free WIFI. Quality furnishings and linen throughout the home ensures you have a wonderful time away and you can even bring your dog! Have a relaxing spa bath and chill by the gas log fire after dinner out at one of the many restaurants in Barwon Heads within a 3 min drive or 15 min walk.
