Home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with two full kitchens, laundry room, and lots of family room area. The lower area has a 2700 square foot Great Room that is fully finished for large family gatherings. Has a large gas fireplace. The Home has a beautiful covered deck that faces the south for grilling and relaxing sunsets. There is also a newly constructed indoor gym and fitness area on the property. Enjoy basketball, pickleball, volleyball and numerous other activities. There is also a well equipped fitness area in the gym. The outdoor area of the home has a volleyball net and large spacious yard. There is also a large cement picnic area with a fire pit for outdoor picnics.
