Summary: The door to the balcony had no screws in it so when we tried to open it it was hanging from the hinge. When we called we were told to push it back and then open it. I was afraid the heavy door would fall on me. Also, because of the response by the (owner?) they must’ve been aware that it was broken but chose not to fix it.
