The "Penta" is located in a brand-new modern rental community called Aviara Green, which features a gorgeous exterior pool with outdoor lounge & dining areas. This professionally stylized luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit features porcelain tile floors, fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances, laundry closet with washer & dryer, as well as TVs with full streaming service in each bedroom & living room. The unit comes with 2 reserved parking spots. Centrally located in WPB!
1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park in one of the 2 assigned parking spots provided in your check-in instructions.
2. No shoes inside the home.
3. No smoking inside! Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray or receptacle provided on the balcony. You will be charged for any signs of smoking inside or of there's any damage to furniture!
4. No parties or events.
5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people.
6. Quiet time after 9pm. Enjoy yourself but be respectful of the neighbors!
7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.
8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
9. Please use the swimming pool between dawn and dusk. Swim at your own risk. All minors must be supervised by an adult.

13. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages to the home, personal property and furniture must be paid by guests and will be reported.
14. Any items that are taken away from the property will be billed to guests and reported (i.e. TV remotes, furniture, keys/garage remotes, adapters, accessories, supplies, etc.).
15. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
