Cocoonr agency invites you to come and stay in this splendid Nantes apartment located on the 5ᵉ floor of a high-end condominium on the banks of the Erdre. Recent apartment in a quiet, family-friendly building. You will be seduced by its space, layout and decoration.
Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).
The apartment is composed as follows
- An entrance hall leading to a vast living room opening onto a huge terrace overlooking the Erdre river.
- A well-equipped semi-open kitchen: oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine.
- A living room with sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV with internet connection and dining table.
- One bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200), fitted closets and en-suite shower room. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided, and the bed will be made up on arrival.
- The WC is located in the shower room.
Upstairs, you'll enjoy a large office area and a comfortable sofa for relaxing.

Enjoy the bucolic setting of the banks of the Erdre River, right next to the Ile de Versailles and its lovely Japanese garden.
