Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to have an amazing time with us, but there are some important aspects you need to keep in mind.
Important Information
Guest Limit: This house is designed to host 15 people. You are allowed to bring up to 10 invited guests from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, no exceptions. Each extra guest has to pay 25,000 COP to access this beautiful location. If an extra guest plans to stay overnight, they will have to pay $100 USD.
Residential Area: This is a residential home, and our neighbors are families and friends. We want to maintain a good relationship with them after your visit. The main goal of the house is to provide guests with a nice space to rest, sleep, and have a pleasant experience. Music at decent levels is welcome, as is spending time with your guests. However, parties, loud events, exceeding the allowed number of people, drug consumption, and other serious issues will lead to eviction, which is the last thing we want to do.
We just want you to follow basic rules. We trusted you by hosting you, so please don’t let us down :)
Prohibited Actions
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You can smoke outside, but please take care of cigarette butts. If the place is found smelling like cigarettes or other substances, you will be fined. Airbnb takes this matter seriously as it affects future guests. The penalty could range from $100 USD to $300 USD. By booking, you agree to pay this fee.
Events: Productions or events are strictly prohibited at the location.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Food and Drinks in Bedrooms: No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. The bedding linens and/or carpet will be replaced at your cost if found stained.
Check-Out Time: Please check out at 11 AM. Any other time must be mutually agreed upon. We don't want to take money from your deposit for a late check-out ($50 USD for every 30 minutes).
Lost Keys: If provided with keys, there will be a $100 USD charge if lost.
We are not responsible for packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy) sent to the address of the property.
