Welcome to Athens Riviera Faliro Bay, our luxurious 3 bed/2 bath apartment with side sea views, available on a short-let/holiday basis for corporate travellers / professionals / families. Our classic and stylish apartment is located on the third floor of a central yet quiet, traditional development sitting right on the high street in the esteemed seaside suburb of Paleo Faliro of Athens, only a 5 minute walk from the tram station and 3 minute walk from the bus station connecting it with downtown Athens (15 minutes ride).
Paleo Faliro and its trademark marina, a mega-yacht destination and point of departure for Greek islands cruises, that infuses a cosmopolitan flair to the area, the marina/docks of Flisvos is a quiet residential area steeped in Athens history, where merchant ships and fishermen boats docked in the heyday of the Athens post-war history and where the famous armoured cruiser, the only World War I-era armoured cruiser to serve in her original capacity during World War II, ‘Averof’, is anchored as a functioning floating museum, approximately 800 yards from the apartment. Today the characteristic old dock warehouses have been transformed to designer apartments, surrounded by supermarkets, excellent restaurants, bars, cafés and boutiques. Faliro Riviera Central is also perfect for professionals on short work assignments in the south suburbs, the City and Piraeus area or academics/students visiting the University of Athens (only 15 minutes by bus).
