Positive: Superb location, responsive and helpful staff.
Negative: The carpet seemed to not have been cleaned during the cleaning days, and there was no vacuum cleaner for us to hoover it ourselves. The balcony was essentially a garbage shoot for the top floors. The balcony wall is also very high, so we could only see a sliver of the sky and barely any breeze; it’s good for privacy for sure, but I guess we were just expecting to have a proper balcony when booking, so this was a bit of a disappointment. We did get used to it eventually.
Summary: All-in-all a fabulous place. Central but quiet, tidy, well connected. What I appreciated the most is the staff’s respons
