Upstairs there are two roomy bedrooms that can sleep unto 4 guests.
There is one large double bedroom and one twin room. Both with comfy beds & plush bed linen for a great night sleep.

To the front there is a residents only parking space.

It is also well situated for both the A19 and A66 and travel times by car are approximately 15 minutes to central Middlesbrough (inc. Teesside University), 20 minutes to Redcar and 25 minutes to Darlington.
