The space
This studio—a private studio apartment, with its own private entrance and yard, in a triplex—is as similarly stocked and competitively priced as a hotel room. While there is not a full kitchen, the unit includes a sizable mini fridge plus freezer, a microwave, a filtered water cooler, and a Keurig coffee maker. Like a hotel, there is also a private A/C unit, a Roku smart TV, a table, and a desk. Unlike a hotel, this cozy Central City suite boasts a unique outdoor and indoor mural by artist Jonah Ballard of The Painted Ladies (@thepainted_ladies on IG).

Although this neighborhood has several empty lots and is next to an industrial area, it's very safe--we live here and have had no issues. All of our neighbors are very friendly folks who will always look out for one another.
