Positive: Lesbos is beautiful and uninvaded by tourists, it has beautiful beaches (there are also dirty ones), there are wonderful restaurants, one is in the immediate vicinity of the facility, on the beach and is the most affordable with always fresh fish and specialties. The food is otherwise excellent everywhere. The area where the facility is located is peaceful and quiet and we felt safe.

Negative: The problem with this owner starts at the beginning. The address he posted on booking is fake, but he still waited for us at that location and took us from there to the address of the facility. The facility is therefore not at the location where it is described. Since we were with two children, we could only accept the situation. No one changed the bed linen in 20 days. The dishes are second-hand, torn and incomplete. The fence on the gallery is too low and it is dangerous to use the gallery. The bathroom does not have a key and they did not give it to us even when we asked for it. On top of all this, upon departure, they issued us a bill via the platform for a vacuum cleaner that we did not even use. We have been to several places through booking and we have not had this experience.The washing machine isn't working properly, maybe they'll give us a bill for that, and we expect everything from these owners.
