Downstairs are two charming bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other has two twins. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, and Waldo attractions. Just south of 75th.
You will love the comfort and charm of this beautifully refinished & warm feeling home nestled in an absolutely quaint, established, and quiet neighborhood in one of Waldo's most sought after areas. Special attention paid to stylish top notch furnishings that really sets this property apart from others.
