The LIDI DI COMACCHIO, also known in the past as LIDI FERRARESI, are seven tourist-seaside resorts in the municipality of Comacchio, in the province of Ferrara. For years they have been considered the most beautiful 25 km of coastline of the renowned EMILIANO-ROMAGNOLA RIVIERA, for this reason both Italian and foreign families decide to spend their HOLIDAYS here every year.
LIDO DI POMPOSA, the spearhead of this "thousand resources" area, is the Lido par excellence dedicated to families: its golden sandy beaches, always clean and tidy, are convenient for the shore; the seabed gently slopes allowing children to "experience swimming" in total safety, also thanks to a careful rescue service; finally, the modern bathing establishments offer, with their attentive service, pleasant hours of relaxation to guests who want to enjoy the warmth of the sun and moments of fun for children, thanks to the thousands of organized play activities.
This wonderful accommodation is located on the fourth and top floor of a well-kept condominium, served by a lift, in a private area but at the same time adjacent to the served center and the beach. In fact, crossing the road you will almost immediately find yourself on the main street, the seafront, where there are bars and cafes, well-stocked supermarkets, clothing shops and bazaars, the pharmacy and the summer medical center, hairdressers and beauty salons, takeaway pizzerias and piadinerie for a quick lunch, restaurants offering both traditional Emilia-Romagna dishes and new proposals based on the daily catch. In short, everything is conveniently at hand by moving on foot! The bathing establishments, as well as the center, can be reached in a few moments and are equipped to make the stay of everyone, from the youngest to the oldest guest, relaxing and carefree.
As a guest of the ELENA apartment, you can enjoy the spectacular shared swimming pool, also served by a lifeguard, open in the months of July and August, you can cool off after a day spent on the beach basking in the sun!
The apartment does NOT have a private parking space but it is easy to find a free parking space in the areas immediately adjacent to the structure.

The ELENA attic is a one-of-a-kind HOLIDAY HOME, not only for the very generous internal spaces but also for the outlets that make it incredibly bright, airy and fresh. Don't worry though, there is also an air conditioning system with a split in each room!
It has two large balconies and two spectacular and spacious livable terraces: the first is equipped with an outdoor table and 6 chairs, a wicker lounge and a large ping-pong table, ideal for organizing "to the death" family challenges ", the other, the solarium, enjoys a wonderful panoramic sea view as well as dominating the entire center of Lido di Pomposa and has a gazebo with wooden table and benches to be able to dine in absolute relaxation lulled by the sea breeze and a barbecue for your barbecues in the company of friends and relatives, perhaps sipping an excellent glass of local wine!
Internally it is furnished with a sober and functional style and is composed of a large and super-equipped eat-in kitchen, complete with hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, television with integrated satellite TV, a real own living room with a comfortable sofa, a French sofa bed, a large television with integrated satellite TV and table football. There are two bedrooms: one consisting of a double bed with built-in wardrobe and an added single bed and the other, double, with six-door wardrobe and dresser.
I know there are two bathrooms: one complete with shower and washing machine, the other service with corner shower cubicle and chemical toilet.
It goes without saying that the apartment is equipped with every comfort to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest!
THE CONDOMINIUM SWIMMING POOL IS AVAILABLE IN JULY AND AUGUST.
To guarantee you a relaxing and safe stay, we inform you that we have equipped all the mattresses and pillows with white sanitized cotton linen and, above it, with disposable linen in soft non-woven fabric, over which you will have to lay out your own.
CHECK-IN: from 15:00 to 18:30.
CHECK OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.
The price DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, to be paid exclusively in cash at the time of check-in, equal to € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
At the time of CHECK-IN a security deposit of € 200.00 is required to be paid exclusively in cash, which will be returned to you, net of damages, at the time of CHECK-OUT.
FINAL CLEANING: it is the responsibility of the tenant and MANDATORY at the time of returning the apartment on the morning of departure. It includes: the tidying up of the house, its perfect cleaning which includes the removal of any food residue, the elimination of waste, the cleaning of used cutlery and dishes, kitchen utensils. If this cleaning is not carried out correctly or is carried out in part, a penalty of € 150.00 will be applied.
It is rented exclusively to adults: minors are admitted only if accompanied by parents or by adults with written proxy signed by their parents, also attaching their identity document.
