The comfortable and lovingly furnished 2-room apartment FeWo 15 (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) is in an absolutely quiet yet central location (5 minutes walk to the lake and all shops to meet your daily needs) in the heart of Rottach-Egern (on the southern shore of Lake Tegernsee). Our apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) is fully equipped and furnished in the country house style typical of the Alpine region.A special feature - in addition to the central and quiet location - is the spacious, cozy and secluded balcony with a unique view of Wallberg, the local mountain in the Tegernsee valley. The kitchen is equipped with: oven / hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, egg cooker, dishes, glasses, cutlery. The spacious living room is furnished with a reading armchair (also suitable as a relaxing armchair incl. View of the Wallberg), two TV chairs, a sofa bed, a dining table including four chairs, two side tables, a highboard, a living room cabinet, and a Smart TV (Samsung The Frame, from 11/2019) / Smart Home Sound System (Sonos , from 11/2019). The high-quality bathroom has a shower near the floor, two sinks, two makeup mirrors, a large crystal mirror, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer (hair dryer), a bathroom cabinet and a toilet. The separate bedroom (for 2 people, incl. Skylights, equipped with 2 beds, there is an additional sofa bed in the living room) is separated from the hallway by a sliding door and was subsequently (also part of the hallway) added to the apartment to increase living comfort. There is a laundry room incl. Washer and dryer in the house (also in the 2nd Floor) and sufficient storage space in the hallway in the form of a large built-in cupboard incl. Wardrobe.
