Positive: It was clean, well-lit and spacious. Staff was very friendly.
Negative: The pool is advertised but it was closed for the entire duration of my stay (20 days). Part of the building is still under construction so there is WAY TOO MUCH noise early in the morning. Some neighbors are noisy (loud music early in the morning).
Summary: It was pretty decent. It’s worth the price IF the pool is available at least.
