All of them have air conditioning.It has two modern design bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.It has a beautiful living room with modern and comfortable furniture, a large sofa to rest at ease, TV and Wifi. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.From the living room through glass doors you have access to the terrace, there you can find a comfortable sofa, a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meal outdoors, and that benefits from a light sea breeze That refreshes the hot summer days. Highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea!Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.Note 2.
