Summary: The properties location is excellent, right on the seafront, although I feel it could be a little noisy in the Summer, we stayed in November so it was ok. The size of the property is good, clean and comfortable and the balcony is a fair size. The only problem we had when we were there was the parking, as the underground car park, which you normally would park in was being repaired, lesson to be learnt for us Brits make sure you read up on the road signs so you don't get a parking ticket, like I did !!!
