Our antique home is a good balance of quirkiness, modern flare and functionality. The home sits right on the bike path at the end of a dead-end street roughly .8 mile to downtown, ½ mile to Derby St/Pickering Wharf, 1 mile to The Willows. Right behind us is a little park. Collins Cove is a 5 minute walk. We have a little fenced in backyard where you can relax, grill, etc.
The house was built around 1860 is about 1600 sq ft. There are two main sleeping areas- two upstairs bedrooms (both queen beds). Both bedrooms have water views of the bay and vaulted ceilings. The downstairs office/guest room has a decorative fireplace, workspace and queen sized bed, a desk and printer.

The first floor bathroom has a standing shower, the second floor bathroom has a clawfoot tub. This is an old home built in the 1800s with some modern upgrades and renovations. We are always working on the house so at times there might be some missing trim or the like, but nothing that would impact your stay.
We have a fully fenced in backyard with a deck, outdoor furniture, and a grill where you can enjoy some privacy and lounge in the warm season.
Winter is a great time to check out Salem and enjoy the great restaurants, shops, museums, winter events, etc. without the hassle of the summer or Halloween crowds!
