This is a 1,698 SF recently renovated brand new single-family residence. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a shower, a full kitchen, a living room, and a game room in the garage. and a backyard with a BBQ, jacuzzi, and dining with complimentary amenities for your convenience. Our property is equipped with a smart TV in each room for your viewing pleasure.

**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.
**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.
**To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
***Hot tub maintenance happens every Friday. The cleaner will not disturb your stay.
***Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.
