Villa Relax is the ideal home for a peaceful, relaxing, exclusive holiday, set in a quiet location, surrounded by the wonderful, unspoilt Mediterranean countryside and nestled in the pretty village of Schiazzano, just a few kilometres from Massa Lubrense.
The village of Schiazzano is one of the oldest on the Sorrento peninsula. The villa is located right in the centre, and just a few metres away are a traditional restaurant, a delicatessen and a bus stop with services running to Sorrento.
Whether you’re relaxing on the rugged nearby beaches or trekking across the rural landscape, every day is an adventure in this beautiful part of the Sorrento peninsula. This region is renowned for its picture-postcard beaches, where you can rent sun beds and parasols and swim in crystal-clear waters. The closest beach, Capitan Cook, is about 4 km away from the villa.
The villa is conveniently located near all of the most famous tourist destinations, such as Sorrento (9 km), the Amalfi Coast (25 km), the island of Capri (24 km) and Pompeii Scavi (35 km).
The nearest airport is the Capodichino Naples International Airport, which is 60 km away.
For a stress-free stay at Villa Relax, we recommend that you have a car, which you’ll be able to park on the premises for free. There is enough space to park two vehicles.

Villa Relax has been cared for with passion and the minutest attention to detail to preserve the traditions of the past. Originally built in the 16th century, Villa Relax is part of the Italian Historic Houses network. The house was formerly part of an ancient church and was modernised and rebuilt in 2009 in keeping with the traditional Sorrento style. Much of the original building has been preserved, along with the 18th-century frescoes and barrel vaults, giving the building its unique character. The villa is also furnished with Provençal-style furniture and a number of antiques.
Inside the villa, there is also a luggage lift to help you take your belongings to the upper floors.
THE FIRST TERRACE is equipped with tables and chairs for 12 people, deck chairs, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. Here, you will also find an unheated hydromassage bath, which measures 6 x 2 m and is available all year round. From the terrace, you’ll be able to admire a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Ischia. Access to the terrace is via the living room.
GROUND FLOOR
THE DINING ROOM contains tables and chairs for 12 people, a bar corner and a wine store. The room is also fitted with air conditioning, heating and a Bose sound system. From the dining room, there is also access to the first terrace and a view of the sea.
THE KITCHEN contains an induction hob, an electric oven, a combined microwave and electric oven, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a fridge with freezer and ice dispenser, a toaster and other small appliances. Here, you’ll also find a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Access to the kitchen is via the dining room.
THE WC contains a toilet and a sink, and adjoins the dining room.

THE SECOND TERRACE is equipped with tables, chairs and parasols. Here, you will also find a small room with a shower and a window with sea view. From the terrace, you’ll be able to admire a gorgeous view of the sea, the islands of Ischia and Procida, Vesuvius and the village of Schiazzano. Access to the terrace is via the living room.
The KITCHEN AREA contains a sink, a small fridge and a kettle.
THE LOUNGE is furnished with tables and chairs and also has access to the second terrace with a sea view.

THE WC contains a toilet and a sink, and adjoins the living room.
THE FIRST EN-SUITE BEDROOM contains a queen-size bed, a TV, a safe and a small fridge. The room is also fitted with air conditioning and heating and has a window overlooking the interior courtyard. From the bedroom, you’ll have access to the second terrace via a French window. The bathroom contains a toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer and shower. Access to the bedroom is via the living room.
THE SECOND EN-SUITE BEDROOM contains a double bed, a TV and a small fridge, and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a toilet, sink, hairdryer and shower. From the bedroom, you’ll also have access to a private terrace. Access to the bedroom is up 12 steps from the living room.
THE THIRD EN-SUITE BEDROOM contains a queen-size bed, a TV, a safe and a small fridge. The bedroom also has a window with a sea view and is fitted with air conditioning and heating.
