3 Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View, Balcony and Spa
My wife and I hope that you enjoy our Victorian three bedroom split-level apartment as much as we have.
It is located in an enviable position close to the beach and offers breathtaking uninterrupted sea views.
Our aim was to combine as much period detail as possible with a stylish and contemporary finish throughout.
The apartment is arranged over three easily accessible floors and features a fully fitted hand built kitchen/breakfast room with AGA and two luxurious en-suite bathrooms.
The space:
On the ground floor is the private entrance and large hallway offering enormous storage space whilst giving access to the first floor landing with exposed parquet flooring.
The bright and spacious lounge has a large bay window with sea view via a bespoke fitted bench seat, central period fireplace and comfy furnishings.
Off the landing is a stylish large double bedroom with raised bed area and en-suite double shower room.
On the top floor is a superb main bedroom with double doors opening on to a generous balcony with amazing views and sounds of the rolling waves. There is a full en-suite bathroom with shower, roll-top bath and underfloor heating overlooking a picture window with sea views.
The third large bedroom is also accessed from the landing and enjoys a Juliet balcony with sea view.
In addition, a further separate WC and basin is located on this floor.

The stairs are wide and easy rising with split-landings on the first and top floor.
We are unable to accept additional guest requests as our maximum number is six.
