You enter through a gated entrance, making the property private and secluded, ideal for our conservative guests.
As you enter the property into the open plan Lounge/Dining and Kitchen area, which is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, oven and washing machine along with dishes and kitchen utensils and tasteful decor, you will notice the patio doors leading out to the terrace, where you will find an infinity pool with a sunken bed area, and the most amazing views across the land to the Patara Beach area. Here you can while away your time relaxing on the sun loungers.
There is an outside covered dining area with table and chairs along with a BBQ, which is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset or sunrise as you listen to the sounds of nature.
On entering the bedroom you will see the en-suite bathroom with combination shower - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, toilet and sink.
The bedroom contains a double bed and has patio doors leading out to the terrace and those amazing views, but here you will also find your own large indoor jacuzzi pool, made specifically for the villa, with a big window providing that perfect view once more.
The jacuzzi pool can be heated which is at an additional cost, should you wish to have it heated please contact us to discuss the price.
