1 Bedroom House with Sports, Bedding and Entertainment
We call this rental Cloud 828 because the two main levels are higher in elevation then the majority of buildings in downtown Asheville. There are amazing views from all three decks and the majority of windows, giving you the sense that you are up in the clouds and trees overlooking Asheville.
The rental includes a fully furnished master bedroom (with walk in closet), 1.5 bathrooms, a full dining room, an open kitchen with bar, and a living/den area.
The kitchen opens to a spacious den/living area with wood burning fire place. The kitchen has a bar with three sitting stools overlooking the gas stove/oven with five burners. All the kitchen cabinets have soft close doors and four of the wall cabinets have glass. There is a double door fridge with ice maker and filtered water.
The dining room also sits to one side of the open kitchen which allows for people to be at the dining room table and see easily into the kitchen. The table in the dining room can sit up to 8 people. It also has a window looking out to one of the decks and to the mountains.
There are also three decks included with this rental that each have their own set of furniture providing different outdoor experiences for guests. One deck has a bistro set with two stools, another deck has a small couch along with an outdoor dining table with four chairs, and the upper master bedroom deck has two sitting chairs with ottomans. Two of the decks are covered and one has a ceiling fan.
The space has lots of windows that provide great lighting. All windows have customized roll down blinds. The floors are all hardwood, except for the tiled master bathroom.
There is designated off street parking for 2 cars - if you have a third vehicle, please let us know and we will help you figure out best place to park extra vehicle.
High Speed Wireless Internet with two TV's - one in the den/living area and the other in the master bedroom.
Please note this unit is attached to another private living space and the units are blocked off from one another to ensure privacy on both sides of the house.

Please respect quiet time - after 10PM on weeknights and 1am on weekends
Please no unregistered guests without prior approval. Extra guests (above 2) are $25/guest per day regardless of age.
Please do not eat full meals in the bedroom - snacks/munchies are okay.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
Please turn off lights and fans when you are not at home.
Please NO hard drugs of any kind - alcohol and weed are not consider hard drugs.
Absolutely NO smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash. Ash tray is located on the porch.
Please always lock the entrance door when you leave and make sure to leave the key in lock box upon your trip departure. Non returned and/or lost house key will result in loss of deposit.
Please be courteous to any neighbors and respect the neighborhood.
If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let me know ASAP. Small issues we can figure out best way to handle with your consent. Please use brown colored towels to clean up anything - stains on white towels or sheets that do not come out will be taken out of deposit. Any significant damage will result in the loss of security deposit.
There is a $100 pet fee for the first pet and $50 fee for one additional pet. No more that 2 pets allowed. The pet fee is required and must be paid before arrival. Please make sure the pets stay off all furniture/beds and are in a crate if you leave them at the house alone. Please help me continue to allow pets by following these rules plus cleaning up any mess inside and poop from yard.
There is a $25 dollar charge to use the fireplace regardless of if you bring your own wood or I provide. Fee must be paid upfront and will not be refunded if you decide not to use the wood prepped and delivered for you. If you need extra wood beyond the $25 dollar starter bundle, please just text me and I will deliver it to you - $1/piece which will be handled with cash. Please also make sure you follow all of the fire instructions which will be texted to you upon request of using the fireplace. Do not use the fireplace without notifying me and paying the fee.
Please note that we do not allow one day bookings on Friday or Saturday night without prior approval. The system might allow you to book a Saturday night, but I will then ask you to cancel if it is during peak season.
