KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is well-equipped with essentials to make cooking easy, including a French press, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, strainer, and a full set of utensils.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is ideal for shared meals, morning coffee, or evenings spent with board games and good conversation.
*There is no dishwasher on the property.

- Check-in: after 4PM / Checkout: Before 10 AM
-We do not allow non family groups larger than 5 adult overnight occupants and at no time may the unit have more than 6 occupants.
-PETS- We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us after completing your booking. A pet fee of $50 per pet will be collected once your reservation is confirmed and fully paid.
-Guests are required to clean up after their pets.
Please note: A $500 fee will apply for any unauthorized pets.
-NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent.
-Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if you cancel more than five days before your arrival, minus any processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five days of arrival.

You'll have access to the entire home.
You have your own entrance, outdoor space and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

Branson is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, affordability, live entertainment and natural setting. There are more than 100 shows performing, dozens of attractions, a world-class theme park and three beautiful lakes. Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo, and Bull Shoals are all set in the Ozark Mountains and offer a variety of lake activities. Boating, jet skiing and fishing on Table Rock are sure to capture family memories all summer long. The trout fishing on Taneycomo offers quite the thrill throughout the year. The world-class fishing for largemouth & smallmouth bass, crappie, catfish, walleye and trout provide a challenge to even the most advanced fisherman. Table Rock Lake hosts several professional, amateur and youth tournaments from early spring to late fall.

*Deers are prevalent at night so exercise caution when driving around especially at night.This is a quiet, closely knit community and any guests disrespecting owners and other guests will be reported , the terms of their stay cancelled and any monies paid will be forfeited as well as the ramifications of any additional civil or criminal charges. While there are plenty of places to have a good night or weekend partying our location and home is not one of them. We work to cater to those whom enjoy some quiet relaxation during their stay and we discourage guests looking for a place to party from booking our home.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
