Beautiful high floor flat, with unobstructed views, refurbished, in the Amara neighbourhood of San Sebastian. It is a very bright flat in a local neighbourhood where you can find many local shops. It is just a few minutes' walk from the Reale Arena stadium, home of the legendary football team Real Sociedad. A pleasant stroll through the streets of Amara or along the Urumea river will take you to the city centre and the rest of the points of interest.
The property has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On entering, we find an interior double bedroom, followed by a spacious dining room, living room and kitchen, totally exterior and very luminous, in which we have a complete bathroom. Finally, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. From the living room, there is also access to the terrace, of about 6m2.
