Summary: The hotel is nice but the fact that they booked the outdoor pool to a group, and also had a reservation at the restaurant floor at the evening for five hours straight is disrespectful to hotel guests. We could use neither the outdoor pool nor the restaurant because of that. Add this to the indoor pool being closed due to an infant soiling the pool water (which should have been prevented in the first place), we could access less than what we were promised. Reserving an entire floor or pool for weddings and stuff is just plain disrespect to other guests and should have been relayed before making the reservation.
