**While the house is private and naturally separated from the working part of the farm, please note that there are multiple buildings on the 10-acre property with activity and guests should expectthe hosts and othersto be presenton other parts of the property daily.**

WINTER STAYS:

-The house sits at the top of a long driveway. Depending on weather conditions, getting up the driveway may require all-wheel or 4-wheel drive and/or snow tires.

-The TART trail is accessible from our corner and groomed for cross-country skiing in the winter

-Outdoor furniture is stored away during winter

Due to high demand we do hold a strict cancellation policy and your deposit will be non-refundable once you book. We suggest looking into travel insurance to protect yourself should your plans change.
