This home is a beautifully furnished 5 bdrm 3 bath house, nestled between two parks inside the award winning community of Power Ranch. It feels like home the moment you enter! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with an attached living room for relaxing or enjoying your favorite TV shows. The master bedroom is very open, featuring a TV and California king bed. Attached bathroom has a garden tub, shower and walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms are equipt with pillow-top queen beds and the final bedroom has two twin sized beds. Upon walking down the stairs you will find a phenomenal X-Large basement with all the bells and whistles, perfect for entertaining or a place for the kids to spend hours on end. It is fully stocked with an over sized sectional couch, 70" HDTV, pool table, Ping-Pong table, large game table and small kids room with various board games to choose from. This is the place to enjoy a variety of games or relax and watch a movie with the entire family!
Now for the backyard... You will LOVE this backyard! It is your own private oasis, complete with a large covered bar area with plenty of seating for entertaining, BBQ's, or just relaxing and enjoying the sunset. This area has a built in natural gas BBQ, mini fridge, ice cooler and bar-top seating for 6. There is also a large covered patio area with a huge couch and chairs which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying drinks or food by the pool while listening to music or the sound of the waterfall. The large pebble-tec pool is great for the kids to play in, pool volleyball, or even to swim laps. Inside the pool is a built in swim-up-table with a bench for quick access to drinks and snacks while enjoying the water. The entry to the pool boasts a large lounge shelve to sit and relax on also. You can also relax in the large hot tub or go fireside by the outdoor gas fire-pit with plenty of seating for all!
The Power Ranch master community also has plenty of bike/walking trails, parks, catch and release lakes, playgrounds, tennis courts, volleyball courts, soccer, two community pools ( heated in the winter), and a splash pad for kids. The house is located just blocks away from the Power Ranch Barn which hosts many events such as weddings, birthday parties, celebrations, business events, seminars, and classes from yoga to painting. Wednesday night's be sure to take a walk down the block when the food trucks roll into the Barn area which is great fun for the family to try all sorts of food and deserts. The Waffle Truck is one of the kids favorite!
