Summary: The condo was very clean and the layout was fine. Patio and pool access was very good. Coffee/Tea basket and water jug were appreciated, along with some condiments! The location is being developed, lots of construction but there are many nice restaurants and at least 2 small markets close by. A 7 - 11 was almost completed by the end of our stay. The local business community was very receptive and friendly. A walk to Avenida (Tulum's main street) was about a 20 minute walk and the big main supermarket (Chedraui) was approximately 25 minutes. On the negative side, the accuracy of the distance to the beach was somewhat misleading. Had to cab it. The safe in both bedrooms did not work but one was repaired. The A/C controller in one bedroom was missing but was replaced. There was NO cable or satellite as indicated in the amenities. There were no toilet brushes in the holders. In the bathroom only two towels were supplied. We requested another set of sheets and were told we were only allowed one set of sheets for a two week stay. The washer/dryer combo had no English instructions and the dryer portion did not function properly.
