Its four original apartments (with separate entrances, not internally connected) are rented as a unit - ideal for families and friends who want to spend their vacations together. Tasteful, rustic furnishings; garden plot with covered seating area and barbecue, and a pool with sunbathing area and unique panoramic views over the surrounding mountains and forests. The owners live in the neighboring house (100m) and will be happy to pamper guests with fresh vegetables, olive oil as well as local specialties upon request. At guests' disposal: table soccer, table tennis, slide, swing, gazebo, hammock and Hollywood swing. - From here you can reach the two cities of Cortona and Città di Castello (both about 20km) equally convenient; to Perugia (55km) and Assisi (60km) also by local train from Trestina (10km).
