Positive: The location was perfect for walking to fifth ave , beach, catching ferry and bus. The rooftop pool was nice. The kitchen had what we needed, with exception of kitchen knifes being dule. A pair of scissors would be a great addition to the kitchen selection. We had a few hick ups with the bed and a/c , however the maintenance people were there right away and fixed the issues. We were very impressed with the fast and efficient service. If we were in Playa again, this would be our go to for our stay.
Negative: We were on the 4th floor, as the floors are tile, you do hear the people above you. But we were not there to spend time in our room. Only suggestion we have is to get sharper knives in the kitchen and a pair of scissors. Also, some new pillows for the bed. We ended up going to buy some at Walmart.
