Atico13 is an unique apartment in the center of Sóller, just steps away from the main square. The spacious terrace offers stunning views over the mountains and the village. The compact apartment offers all the comfort for a perfect stay. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and in front of the main door you will find the tram to Port de Sóller and train to Palma. The apartment is well suited for two people but can be rented for up to 3 people. Enjoy the plunge pool on the terrace!
The living and dining area has French doors to the large terrace (approx 90m2).
The master bedroom is next to the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, the kitchen is equipped with various appliances (including oven, dishwasher and fridge). The 2nd bedroom is compact and equipped with a double bed of 160x200.
