Proceeding to the lake-facing portion of the home, a secondary sitting area allows for stunning views of Lake Delavan and easy walk-out access onto the full-length balcony- A perfect setting to watch the steam rise off the lake in the morning or enjoy an evening cocktail. Two bedrooms can be found on the main floor, with one offering a full-sized bed and the other featuring a twin with a twin roll-out trundle underneath. An updated full bath with a walk-in shower serves the main level of the home. In true lakeside fashion, the partially finished lower level opens right up to a covered seating area and the level frontage leading to the lake.
