Less than a mile to Adewehi Healing Center and Beneficial Food Store. 3 miles to Columbus (restaurants, groceries, banks, etc). 20 minutes to Lake Lure/Chimney Rock area. 10 minutes to Historic Tryon or Saluda. 25 minutes to Hendersonville. 40 minutes to The Biltmore and Asheville. Quiet, restricted neighborhood. Dead end street. 1.5 acre wooded lot w/hiking trail. Off street parking in private gravel driveway. Relax on the covered front porch or the large rear deck w/outdoor furniture (table and chairs w/umbrella) and gas grill. 2 bedroom - 1 bath w/shower/tub. Bedroom one has 1 Queen bed (Nectar mattress). Bedroom 2 has 2 twin XL beds with 1 twin XL trundle bed. Living room has a twin XL “daybed”. Home has hardwood floors throughout. Central heat and air for year around climate control and a wood burning stove (free firewood provided) to take the chill off as the seasons change. Kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances - fridge, double oven, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, disposal. Washer and dryer (iron and board available). Wifi. Internet TV with Dish TV satellite service. DVD player with an assortment of movies to watch.
