Much more a home than a flat. Normally owner occupied; my wife and I have lived here for several years and loved every minute.
Conveniently located in Hyndland in the heart of Glasgow's west end close to amenities and transport links. Suitable for a family and/ or professionals. Only a short walk from Glasgow University.
3 double bedrooms (one of which is set up as an office); 1 bathroom (with separate shower and bathtub); 1 public room; dining kitchen; laundry/ utility room. 145sq m.
Situated on the second floor of a traditional tenement. All mod cons incl Sky TV high speed broadband. Fully furnished.
Clean, tidy and recently decorated. Gas central heating and gas fire + smoke, fire and CO detectors.
You will have access to the whole flat save a couple of storage cupboards.
Minimum stay 14 nights so as to be respectful to our neighbours.
Preference for gas and electric bills to be paid separately/ in addition at end of stay based on actual costs incurred. If this doesn't work just say so when you enquire. we are happy to discuss.
Cleaning at end of stay charged separately.
