Enjoy privacy and relaxation in our six comfortable units each with their own kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Amenities include BBQ grills, outdoor games, meditation labyrinth walk, and hammocks. A 3-hole frisbee/disc golf course around the property. This listing is to book ALL six guesthouses, seven units total (one guesthouse is a duplex)!

The Panorama Room: The Panorama Room is a tastefully furnished space with expansive views of the Texas Hill Country. You'll be greeted by an entire wall of panoramic windows featuring miles and miles of the Wimberley Valley. Relax with your morning coffee on the large deck shared with The Nest. The Panorama Room is a unique and versatile space. With its great views and spacious floor plan, it can be converted into an event and meeting space! Additional event rates may apply. The Nest: From your sunroom to the porch swing on the deck, you'll enjoy the wonderful views throughout The Nest. The Nest is a large one bedroom space with a large master suite, second full bathroom, roomy living area with a futon, and a large kitchen with a double oven. (1 bedroom, 2 bath & futon - Sleeps 4)

The Perch: Cozy studio with its own small private deck overlooking gorgeous views. It's well furnished with a full kitchen, living area with sofa bed, and a laundry room. (Studio, 1 bath, & sofa bed - Sleeps 4)
The Haven: The Haven is a spacious cabin with vaulted ceilings and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Relax on your hammock under the trees and soak in the views of this hillside retreat or sit on your front deck and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. From your living room, you'll be able to peep a faraway view of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. (1 bedroom, 1 bath, and sofa bed - Sleeps 4)
The Roost: The Roost is a cute cabin with distant but beautiful views of the Texas Hill Country. You'll feel a sense of seclusion as you sit in your front patio facing the trees. (1 bedroom, 1 bath, and futon - Sleeps 4)
Bella Vista: Bella Vista holds true to its name with a beautiful 30-mile view of the Texas Hill Country. Nestled among the trees, some say this cozy guesthouse feels like being a treehouse. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine as you soak in the views from your private deck, kitchen & living room. (1 bed, 1 bath, and futon Sleeps 4)
Serenity: Serenity is a serene getaway with a private deck and a view of the Texas Hill Country. Relax outside with your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. (1 bedroom, 1 bath)
Treetop: Nestled on the hillside of The Wimberley Valley is an 11-acre property with scenic views of the Texas Hill Country. Ideal for solo travelers, couples getaways, or large groups up to 30. A party room with panoramic windows is perfect for gatherings, workshops, small weddings, meetings & events.
The Den: The Den is a cozy The Den is a spacious 1-bedroom guesthouse with rustic charm and everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Highlights include two decks, a master suite with king-sized bed, full bathroom, living area and fully stocked kitchen.
Rental Rules
We love that we can share our home with you but please treat the home, belongings, and property with care. We reserve the right to remove guests without refund for violating these house rules, misuse of the space as a short-term lodging accommodation, or conduct that disturbs the general peace and comfort of other guests, managers, property caretakers, and homeowners.
1. Property has a septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or “flushable” wipes should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages exceeding $1,000.00 USD.
2. Parents/Guardians must closely supervise their toddlers and children at all times.
3. No Pets. The security deposit (also called “damage deposit”) will automatically become forfeited and guests may be asked to leave without refund if the pet cannot be relocated. We are happy to provide pet sitter recommendations!
4. No Unregistered Guests. Please abide by occupancy limits. People other than those set forth above may not be on the property at any given time. Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. If there are more guests than disclosed in the Rental Party, Guest will be charged $50 per additional guest for each day of the reservation and all guests may be evicted without refund and a $250.00USD service fee.
5. The property is privately owned; the homeowners and/or property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any loss or harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
6. The Homeowners, Bonhost LLC and its representatives are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. There is a $25 fee plus cost of shipping to return items left behind if found.
7. No illegal substances are to be used, sold, or distributed on the property.
8. No parties and/or loud music. Please respect the neighbors and their privacy. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring system. Excessive noise may result in termination of your stay without refund and a $250.00USD service fee.
9. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If any furniture is moved, please move it back to its original position upon checkout.
10. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor trash. You will be charged $500.00USD if we suspect smoking indoors and additional remediation expenses may be imposed.
11. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Unplug after use. Ensure the stove and oven are completely turned off after each use (make sure knobs are in the off position).
12. Practice safety at all times.
13. Parking: Please refer to house manual for parking instructions. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
14. Housekeeping: Please keep the home tidy and follow checkout procedures. There is no daily housekeeping service. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
15. Checkout is at 11AM. Late checkouts may be subject to a $30/hr fee as we often have new guests arriving and schedule cleaners to arrive soon after 11AM.
16. Weather, Disease, Acts of God and Unforeseen Circumstances: Bonhost LLC, homeowner, and their respective representatives, are not liable for any inconveniences, delays or Guests inability to access a unit as a result of any temporary or permanent issues which arise from weather, construction, road closures or conditions, natural disasters, reasons for travel including the cancelation of events or conferences, government orders, diseases, pandemics, viruses, illnesses, closings, pollution or other acts of God which are beyond Bonhost LLC’s control. No refunds will be given for any inconveniences, delays or cancellations due to, but not limited to, aforementioned conditions. We encourage Guest to purchase a travel insurance policy that will allow you to cancel for any reason.
17. Wimberley is a Dark Sky City, which means turn off your outdoor lights in the evening. This will increase your star gazing opportunity and saves energy!
18. Quiet Hours between 10pm-6am.
19. Use of The Panorama Room for gatherings is not granted with your reservation. A separate event fee and rental agreement is required for use of The Panorama Room for gathering.
20. Burn ban may be in effect. Central Texas and especially the Texas Hill Country is prone to fires. Please check the Hays County Fire Marshal website here to see if the burn ban is ON or OFF.
i. No fires on the wooden deck.
ii. No fireworks please!!
Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement
IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to enter premises and property for vacation rental or any other purpose, the undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, guests, children, heirs, and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees, and represents that he/she has or will immediately upon entering, and will continuously thereafter, thoroughly inspect such areas and his/her continued presence constitutes an acknowledgment that he/she has inspected house, deck, and entire property and he/she finds and accepts such areas as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of his/her use, and he/she further agrees and warrants that if, at any time, he/she feels anything to be unsafe, he/she and all guests will immediately leave the area and advise appropriate persons. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY CONFIRMING THIS RESERVATION YOU CHOOSE TO WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.
