Step outside to the private pool and hot tub, which can be heated seasonally from October to April for an additional fee. Enjoy outdoor meals with the gas grill on the patio, perfect for cookouts.
A separate pool/game room featuring a wet bar area, arcade games, a TV equipped with streaming, and plenty of lounge seating, is perfect for spending a rainy day or enjoying pool side activities!
Seaside Serenity offers easy access to a deeded beach access point which is just a short walk away. A golf cart is also available for an additional fee, at a discounted rate upon request. Please note, a signed rental agreement and waiver of liability for the golf cart are required.

- Amenity Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and kitchen dish towels, etc. This is designed to get you through your first night or two only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, cookware, bakeware, plates, cups, silverware, and a traditional drip coffee maker.
- Grill: A gas grill available in the pool area.
- Golf Cart: A golf cart is available to renter for an additional fee.

Good Neighbor Policy
Guests are expected to maintain the home in its original condition. Any damages will be the responsibility of the guest. This is a family-oriented neighborhood; excessive noise, disturbances, large parties, and unauthorized events are prohibited and may result in eviction and forfeiture of deposits.

- Parking: No street or right-of-way parking, prohibited by the City of Destin; fines are the guest's responsibility.
- No Boats, RVs, Trailers, or Large Vehicles: Prohibited by the City of Destin.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival or booking may be canceled without refund.
