This spacious, beautifully appointed home is located in a pleasant residential neighborhood with sidewalk-lined streets on the east side of Colorado Springs. It’s just a stone’s throw from route 21, a/k/a Powers Blvd providing easy access to the region’s most popular attractions. It’s also a local shopping and dining hub, where you’ll find every convenience within a 5-minute drive, including your choice of several supermarkets.
The greater Colorado Springs region is known for being a paradise for outdoors enthusiasts. Opportunities abound for hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, rafting, skiing, golfing, ziplining and more. Everywhere you turn, you’ll find a park, a trail, a view. Close to home, you’ll find:
High Chaparral Open Space (11 minutes)
Highest point in eastern Colorado Springs, great views of land and wildlife alike.
Sunset Mesa Open Space (9 minutes)

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
-Up to 3 dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($150/month for one dog, $200/month for 2 dogs. No more than $400 per stay). Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds or furniture. No pets other than dogs allowed - we are sorry!
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
-Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!

Summary: This house is fantastic! We stayed for a full month for work & play. The house is large, clean, and comfortable. It also has an incredible view of Pikes Peak, a large yard, a game room, and a great trail right behind the house where we walked our dog every day. We loved it so much, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this house and this location. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We’ll be back!
