It’s elevated position, glass balustrades and illuminated windows allow for an enviable view of the Mediterranean with the most breath-taking sunsets.
The house is split into 2 parts.
The main house has 3 sumptuous double bedrooms, all en‐suite. A well­‐stocked kitchen/diner leads down into the large chic lounge. Here you can enjoy the stunning view through the very large glass windows or maybe catch a film on the big screen projector.
Downstairs there’s another stylish self contained apartment, complete with 3 more bedrooms. 2 of which are doubles, along with 1 twin room. 2 are ensuite and the other has its own private bathroom with shower and large bath. It also has a well-­stocked kitchen and luxuriously comfortable lounge area. 5 of the 6 bedrooms enjoy a beautiful sea view. All have air conditioning and their own safe.
The elegant outside space, includes a good size pool, along with sun loungers and parasols. With a view this dazzling, who would want to leave the terrace?
There is a large terrace with full yoga equipment for 14 people (Bolsters, mats, straps, blankets and blocks) So also good for yoga/fitness retreats too!
For those super sunny days, C’an Petra has that covered - there’s a sheltered terrace with a large dining table to escape the midday sun. Plus there is even a large gas barbecue and a bar - perfect for evening drinks or small events!
Located close to Cala Vadella, this sought-after yet peaceful area is only a 15 minute walk to the lively but relaxed beach. Where you have a selection of bars and restaurants to suit every taste. Cala Vadella is a popular choice with families; the beach is safe and has recently been fitted with protective jellyfish nets. There are also 3 well provisioned shops in the area.

Summary: The house was large enough to accommodate 12 of us and the views are spectacular (better than in the posting); the description of the property was accurate. The house could use a bit of an update but was nonetheless clean and spacious. One observation a couple of our friends made was that the main living room sofas didn’t fit the open/modern style and should be updated. The pool was awesome. Most bedrooms had great views of the sea. I wish the house was closer to Ibiza town (it took about 30-40 min to get to most places) but given the views from the property I don’t regret the decision to stay there. Sadie and Steve, the property managers, were absolutely terrific. This was our first time in Ibiza and we wouldn’t have had as good of a time without their assistance. They were available always and arranged for everything for us, from car transfers, to restaurants to beach clubs etc. Overall, we had a great experience (in large part because of Sadie and Steve).
